I'm Connor. Most of what I build answers a phone.
KaiCalls is the main one. He's a phone secretary for small businesses, and he picks up when the owner can't. My dad runs a tent company and kept missing calls while he was out on a job, so I built the thing that answers them. Everything else came out of running my own businesses and needing the same job done twice.
I build the rest of it the same way, and some of it is further along than the rest. What's below says where each one actually is.

Kai CMO
Turns research and requests into clear briefs, keeps work moving, pauses when approval is needed, and reports back when it is finished.

KaiCalls
Answers, captures context, qualifies the caller, books the next step, and follows up so a missed call does not quietly become someone else's job.
How I operate
I'd rather ship a thing than sell hours.
I don't sell consulting off this site. If I work out how to do something once, I try to turn it into something you can use without me in the room.
If I've solved it once, it should run without me.
The rules come from real calls and real numbers, not a planning session.
A person approves whatever goes out. They should not be doing the typing.
Show the receipts, including the runs that failed.
